This report, which was complied by members of the Board of Water and Power Commissioners of Los Angeles and the Department of Water and Power, was presented to Major General William L. Sibert of the Department of the Interior. The survey discusses various sources of water for Southern California and more specifically Los Angeles. The board concludes that the Colorado River must become a water source for Los Angeles. Photostat includes maps and graphics.
